Well, you can pause the videos over your smart tv, using the remote. I think you can pause videos using another software known as sofa play, using that you can connect your smart tv and play videos directly over that through your mac. Over vuze you just can share videos, photos etc. I am using a Samsung 40UH Just bought it at costco in June I cannot see Vuze or my Mac on the smart TV. I can see the smart TV in Fuze though.

Your LCD and the laptop must be connected to same network, or to be more specific the same Wi-Fi router. Then, this way you will be able to see your device aka LCD into the playback devices list on Vuze. This is the way it works. How can i add subtitles to the movies? I can see the movie, but not the srt file!! Could you help?
